1. Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS (or DHL,etc) with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Our manufacturers may drop ship your order. As our manufacturers have different warehouses around the Wolrd they will ship from the warehouse where the item is in stock.
2. Order Cancellation
It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped there is a cancellation charge of 30% of the order value.
3. Returns & Refunds
If products (New) must be returned after negotiation follow the following policy:
3.1 Returnable products may be returned up to 14 days after delivery
3.2 Product must be in new re-sellable condition, safety seals unopened
3.3 All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging
3.4 Shipping Fees are non-refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
3.5 Return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
3.6 Warranties may be voided on items that leave the Shipper.
3.7 Some products are Non Returnable. See below for details:
(A) No retuns and refunds can be given on PPE products(including masks, protective clothing,or other PPE products) or health care products. It is agreed that it is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that masks purchased are suitable for the task intended before making a purchase. Please do not ask us for advice as we are not qualified to give it. If in doubt, please contact the your doctor.
(B) NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT OVER THE CORONAVIRUS PERIOD. ALL PURCHASE ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO POTENTIAL HEALTH CONTAMINATION.
